Founded in 2003, only with Prepress department, quickly the need to expand to the cylinders production was requested.

On this way in 2008, TECNOGRAVURA FRANCE, expanded its facilities, recovering an existing company on the center of France. After a few months of training, renewal of machines, equipment and using techniques and the GROUP experience, today the TECNOGRAVURA FRANCE, is prepared to execute any kind of job for rotogravure faster and with quality.

PREPRESS

FEquipped with the most modern digital equipment and with experienced technicians, sensitive to the demands of the French market, this sector is a strong international connection link.

PRODUCTION OF CYLINDERS

COPPER PLATING - Section with good production capacity and with a high level of quality, ensured by the constant control of chemical baths, made by specialized technicians.

RECTIFICATION - Equipped with high precision swiss machines, is guaranteed the utmost accuracy on the cylinder diameter.

POLISHING - Final execution of the cylinders, is maded according to international standards of roughness for the several printing supports.

ENGRAVING OF CYLINDERS

Ready for the most different types of packaging and decoration, the cylinder's engraving is made through the most modern engraving system.

With the aim of continuous improvement and standardization of the GROUP, this department count with regularly instruction performed by specialized technicians from TECNOGRAVURA PORTUGAL.
